Please see the more detailed explanation in the "production method" below for the differences between a painted or stained sign. • You have your choice of many colors; please see the picture of our color pallet for your choices. • Clear coated for protection with indoor/outdoor gloss spar urethane • Saw-toothed hangers included for easy hanging • Once your sign is ordered, a mock-up will be sent in 2 business days or less *Mock-ups* A mock-up will be sent of your sign with-in 2 business days of order placed. Please check your email for a message from Amazon. You may need to check the spam folder. If there are any changes or corrections to be made, please let us know ASAP. We limit the number of revisions to 3. Your sign will go into production in 2 to 3 days after the mock-up is sent, regardless if you answer or not. Once a sign is cut no changes will be allowed. This is to ensure that your sign is made and ready to go on the latest "ship-by date" or sooner. *Right of refusal* We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order if customer wants obscene language, cruel or abusive phrases or obscene illustrations on their sign.
