The product name sounds like a late-night comedy skit, but this really is a big toe hole preventer. The instructions are very clear, and installation is ridiculously easy. The patch does not add bulk, so I don’t feel that my toe is being pushed back any farther.I used to think a sneaker was poorly made if my toe poked a hole in it after only a few months, and it was always on my right foot. Then I realized that my right toe extends a tiny bit further than my left one, and that was causing the problem. I figured there must be a product out there that would add some reinforcement, and I found this Big Toe Hole Preventer after a quick Google search. I’ve been wearing a high-end pair of sneakers for four months, and I wanted to preserve them as long as possible. This will definitely help. Recommended!

I notoriously blow out the toe box of my shoes. After a couple months - brand new and expensive running shoes would already have huge holes in them, and I swore that with my next pair I’d try to find a solution. I bought these on a whim after reading reviews and stuck them in my brand new shoes and I STILL don’t have holes in the toe box after A WHOLE YEAR. I’ve had some trouble with another similar product (one that covers the whole roof of the toe box) that simply didn’t stick very well. These on the other hand stick like limpets. I’m really impressed. They’re slightly tricky to position in the correct place, hence only four stars, but once they’re there, they’re not coming off. They’re such a simple and effective concept to prolong the life of your trainers / sneakers. Heartily recommended.

My wife has a big toe on the right foot that drills through all her shoes. The sneakers she buys are about $150 a pair and these patches, when we found them on Amazon, were a godsend. Easy to apply and after about 2 months of wearing them, no problems! Great product. Highly recommend.

I got these after noticing a hole in the left toe of shoes I had for less than a year. That was May of last year. I put them in both shoes. I walked about 3 miles a day in the summer. It is now February and they are both still in place. The hole in the left shoe has not grown. No hole has developed in the right shoe. Easy to install. I can't feel them. You can't ask for more. They are going in my new shoes from now on.

The quality is very good and very easy to fit but the price is very high for what it is. Come on, 15 dollar for two rubber inserts?
