Returned. The material is scratchy and it was not flattering on my body type. I have a smaller chest and I felt like it made the rest of my body look way too wide. The tag was also ripped off of the dress. Fits true to size. I'm 5'3 130lbs and ordered a small.

This dress looks and feels cheap! It expected it to be a softer and lighter material. I purchased a small and it’s tight across my flat chest. Save your money.

I am 5'3" and this dress in a size small is too large on me and goes down past my knees.

Love this! Good for someone who has had kids. Not too baggy in waste but not fitted either. Great fit. I wore with white tennis shoes around Disney and managed to look cute and be comfortable.
