They aren’t hats they are a crafts project
I wanted hats but instead I get cutouts that I have to construct with zero instruction on how to do so. I attempted one hat and then threw the rest of them away. Complete waste of money.

Pure Garbage...
Extremely hard to put together. Tore a lot of them up in the process. When actually put together, the string immediately breaks when it is on the kid's head. Don't waste your money and time with these.
