I think supplied as dluted but still be wary of breathing at close quarters. Sill needs diluting more

Good wipes clean well the only negative they dry up really quick so you find your using more

Found these wipes to be pretty rubbish as they are too dry. I need 3-4 wipes to be able to clean anything. I prefer the spray and good old kitchen roll.
