Required!!!Wall has to be clean and dry has do rubber suction cups on shelf.Nuts have to be loose when sticking to wall.Nuts have to be tightened up fully when stuck. This creates more suction.Fell off 1st time because wall was wiped with a wet cloth, although It appeared stuck tight.Best thing to do is stick it on as above. Then remove nuts. Pull shelf of leaving suction cups on and see if suction cups slide about on wall. When applied to a wet wall they do slide. On a dry wall they don't. Then you put shelf back on and tighten up fully.Included a pic of suitable surfaces to attach. Our tiles do not have a gloss finish and are in fact very slightly underlating across the surface. However I had tested similar items successfully previously. You need to stay away from all grout lines or silicone sealed corners in shower cubicle.Joseph Joseph web site is more helpful than instructions, but still poor unless you read customer service responses to complaints.

I was dubious about purchasing this, thinking it would fall/slide of the wall with the steam from the shower/bath but it hasn't moved since I placed it on the wall, even with Jumbo size bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash.

Very poor product. Doesn’t stick to tiles very well. Waste of money.

This is a useful shower shelf, plenty of room and semi-reliable. Does eventually come off the wall but it’s easy to stick back on, be mindful of this more in damp dewy bathrooms.

Love this shower holder. Holds a fair bit of weight and hasn’t slid off the wall (and I put it up ) Bought another one for a relative who admired mine .

It is fine and works ok.A good product, easy to install.

Stick solid to the cladding in our bathroom. Plenty of storage. Easy to clean and keep clean with the clever design. Very impressive. Actually bought a 2nd one as I liked it so much.

Thought this product was great and it was until it fell off the wall after about 6 weeks. Ive put it back up 4 times and now given up on it. Very expensive for the use I got out of it. Do not recommend!

The item itself seemed well made but it didn't work for my shower.Make sure you have a solid, flat surface at least 5" wide (and probably 4" tall). The two suction cups on the back are positioned in such a way that they don't work for tile smaller than that, like my 4"x4". Obviously, if you're trying to place the caddy in the middle of a single tile smaller than the caddy itself, the outer edges of the cups end up over grout lines on either side and don't hold suction. But if you try to place the caddy across two tiles with the grout line in the middle like I was planning, that's also not possible because the cups are right up next to each other with not much gap in between them. So they again go over the grout line in the middle and there's not enough suction.There is a photo of the suction cups in the listing but it didn't occur to me that the gap between the cups wouldn't be wide enough for a grout line. So FYI in case you have smaller tiles and it didn't occur to you either! Again, I'd recommend having a solid, flat surface at least 5" wide and around 4" tall to make sure nothing interferes with the suction cups.

Seit dem wir dieses Regal haben brauchen wir nach dem Duschen nicht mehr alle Shampoos und Duschgels etc. trockenwischen, da sie bereits in einer Höhe in der Dusche sind, wo wenig Wasser hin kommt. Dennoch ist alles immer zur Hand und wenn sich doch mal ein Wassertropfen in das Regal verirrt läuft er einfach nach hinten ab. Durch die sehr starken Befestigungen durch Unterdruck nicht nur wie ein Saugnapf an der Wand sondern wirklich mit einem Mechanismus zum erzeugen des Unterdrucks gelingt das sehr einfach die Regale an den Fliesen zu befestigen. Das können auch Leute die ein wenig älter sind. Klasse gemacht Joseph Joseph.

Placed it on a large, smooth, clean tile, following instructions. Sadly it fell down after just 20 minutes, with nowhere near the maximum weight on it. It's a shame because it looks amazing and seemed sturdy enough when putting it up.
