New Gent Biosourced Unisex Watch Casual Polymer Black Quartz Waterproof Twice Again

This was a Christmas present for my 13 year old son. It is a good size watch for a teenaged boy who doesn't care for oversized bulky watches. He likes the simple, easy to read face and the silicon band. I liked that it was reasonably priced and seems like it will last him a long time.

Easy to read. Looks good. I wanted an everyday watch to wear during summer heat. I have not had an opportunity to test the water resistance but Swatch typically ok in rain and casual exposure. Happy with purchase. I exchanged another Swatch for this one. Other looked great but could not read time in evening.

My son requested this particular watch, and he loves it.

Extremely light. Forget you have it on. Resin case & rubber strap. Also a Swiss Ronda movement if I am not mistaken. Very accurate in my opinion.

Watch band is junk, didn't make from Christmas to New Years Day! Band broke. GONE. LOST Don't waste your money. It's too bad because previously it was a very good product. I guess that's over. Don't waste your money.

I really like the minimalist look of this watch. The large day and date are easy to read. The watch is also so light weight you barely know it's on. Buyers who care about this should be aware that the watch does not have a hacking second, that is, the second hand does not stop when you are setting the time. Of all the watches I've owned, including ones as cheap as this, this is the first time I've see one without a hacking second. The second hand does stop while you're turning the time backwards, but trying to synchronize with another clock this way is a difficult maneuver.

Great watch. Pairs with any outfit but need to be reset daily. It is a swatch though so you can’t go wrong.

Great timeless look and feel. But the seconds hand can be heard easily in quiet spaces.

The watch is only 4 months old and it no longer keeps time. It loses about an hour a day. Manufacturer does not respond to warranty query.
