9041-1013 Picture Display Frame with Raised Detail Around Picture Opening, Bronze, 10 by 13-Inch

The frame arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and looks very nice with quality detail. It was intended to be used as a frame for a newspaper article highlighting our business and was to be displayed proudly to our clients. The article measures 10x13. The article didn't display properly because the true opening on the back of the frame is the 10x13 measurement, not the display side. **The total visible area is 9 1/4 x 12 1/4, which cropped the outer lines of text for the article.** This should work very well for a photo as most don't need that fringe of the picture to be visible, but not for a certificate or article that has needed information or artwork on the edges.

Shipped very securely. The Picture doesn't do it much it's way nicer in person. The only thing I wished it had was a mat inside.
