I 'm approaching 60 years old and although I workout 3 to 4 days a week I was having a difficult time burning fat. So,my workout buddy and good friend recommended I give this product a try. I've been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks and the other day my wife had asked if I was losing weight. I was feeling a pick up min energy but really wasn't paying much attention to results since it was so soon but decided to get on the scale and take a look. As it turns out I was down 5 pounds! I knew my appetite was less but expected such a significant change. This is a really good fast acting product and I will definitely continue to buy.

This product is such a scam. if it does have any benefits at all, I can guarantee they are not those advertised. I follow a sensible diet, I do not have any health issues that would prevent me from losing weight or losing belly fat. This product did absolutely nothing to help, although I took it as instructed for a whole month. I will not buy again and would not recommend. Just a waste of money for the hopeful.

Mixed feelings about this. I do seem to not eat as much, more energy. Have been working out and eating healthier and haven’t noticed too much of a changed like some others have posted about. Gonna try taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Afraid it will keep me up all night though lol
