These stair treads are not only stylish, but provide great comfort and stability not only for myself, but for our small Bichon puppy, who absolutely hates steps. The company emailed me super easy and thorough installation instructions immediately after placing my order, which my son said were a no brainer and super easy to install. The color is spot on, and is so pretty, and compliments my conservative farmhouse style.They stay put, but are so easy to lift up if necessary. I haven't needed to wash them as they are still new, but they appear to be sturdy and would stand up to a light delicate wash. After stripping our stairs years ago, I never wanted treads, but the addition of this puppy has made it necessary. Super easy to vacuum with no movement at all. I truly love them.

Very nice medium pile carpet runners that are so easy to apply to the steps. I had some slippery back stairs that needed something to make them easier walk on. These work great. Nice and soft and provides some grip for your shoes.

The media could not be loaded.  These stair treads are great. They were easy to install, stay in place and look great. We got them because our dogs are getting older and have started slipping on the stairs. The seller sent very helpful instructions for the install. I bought double sided carpet tape, but did not need to use it. I opened them and let them sit for a couple days to ensure no crease. I’m very happy with them!

Did you wipe them down thoroughly with a non-oily cleaner like rubbing alcohol? Are the stairs waxed; the wax needs to be removed. These things WANT to stick like crazy but YOU HAVE TO BE REASONABLE.

They applied so easily. My old dog was slipping and falling constantly on the steps up to the bedroom in the RV. Solved the problem. Good quality. Quick delivery.

I really like these stair treads. They were installed over a month ago and they are still holding in place. We have them installed on real wood flooring. They are easy to clean and add a nice glow up to the stairs as well. We always receive compliments on them and people are shocked how well they hold in place. My bf and I walk up and down the stairs normally we are not running, but our dog likes to fly up and down the stairs and she has yet to make one move. I would highly recommend these stair treads. We did have to flatten out some of the edges with the help of a 12 pack of soda but no issues with corner’s coming up terribly high on the stairs themselves. None of us are falling or slipping anymore!A little trick to removing the plastic backing. The plastic backing is split into two pieces by the manufacture so that you can lift from the center of the tread outwards. When you lift up from the center where it tells you to, cut the plastic backing in half all the way to the edge of the stair tread, so that you now have two strips ready to peel off all the way to the short edge. If you leave it as once piece you are awkwardly pulling it off from the middle to the edges in one piece leading to the shredding/pulling off in pieces issue everyone has. Once cut in half if you tug the plastic backing along the edge while peeling it off you will get one clean sheet off until you reach the short ends where’s it trends to be hit or miss if it will fray and pull off in pieces. I also think those who had numerous strips pulled the backing too fast. Peel this slowly like you got a new phone or tech item with that plastic cover. By cutting cutting the backing in the center you will have to take off 4 strips of plastic instead of two making the process longer but trust me it’s way faster than removing a zillion shreds of plastic from the back of the stair tread when you remove it to fast or try to remove one whole piece from the center. reasonably easy to install. cellophane tears a bit. I didn't like their instructions so by the 3rd tread I was starting at the end and removing it from one end and it worked better for me. But they look nice. Don't know yet how they hold up.

I have old linoleum flooring on my stairs. My dog has begun scuffing through it as he uses them as starting blocks for his race out the door to the point where it was getting down to the wood. I don't care about the linoleum but in the winter or when he's wet from the pool they can be slippery. I bought this four pack of runners and it's been perfect. They're easy to clean, they're good quality material and three months in the adhesive is still sticking really well. They are actually pretty soft and slightly plush so they're soft for bear feet and paws alike. If I weren't redoing my floors soon I'd buy these again for the other stairs in the house.

These stair treads are perfect in size and quality. I love the backing on them because they stay in placebut can be removed and put back again and they stay just as the first time.
