Overall I'm pleased with this purchase, which I assembled in minutes and use on my desk to store reference notebooks for different projects. The wooden inserts do not 'lock' into place, by which I mean not only is there no mechanism to hold them in place, they are even a bit loose in the slots. The top and bottom horizontal ones rest on metal crossbars which helps keep them in place by friction, but the middle two will come out with the notebook I've placed on top of them and must be pushed back into place. I can glue them in place (and probably will, using hot glue), but buyers should be aware. Also, the middle two horizontal inserts sag a little bit since there's no crossbar, but it's minor.

Keeps me organized and looks great. Should have bought it sooner.

This has been great as an organizer on our kitchen countertop for mail and other paper. I love the multiple shelves to keep things organized and visible, plus files for things I want to access from time to time. I would have been willing to spend a little more for something higher quality, but it's fine.

Just what I needed to organize mail on my living room entry table. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with folders, i thought that was for show on the listing pictures. It was a little tricky to put together but not difficult. I think the biggest challenge was getting the bottom tray to slide all the way back and I initially thought the screws weren't included until my husband pointed out they were in the posts , just had to screw them out and use to assemble. Much more attractive than plastic trays and great amount of organization and storage.

I was so excited when I got it! But I didn't stay that way long. It isn't very sturdy. Just a few items on each shelf and they sag. The shelf that is sags. I don't see this lasting too long. I don't believe it will be in use more than a few more months before something gives way. I am very disappointed.

This looks exactly as advertised and is easy to assemble. I could give it 5 stars but I reserve that to the products that surprise me being better than expected. The quality is exactly is proposed though. I am a tough judge. If you like the way it looks go for it! I may even get one more.

Quite easy to assemble and looks very nice on my desk. Sturdy shelves and plenty of room

The unit came with good instructions for assembly and was easy to do. Mine, as others have mentioned, came with a chipped corner. About an inch triangle of the bottom tray was broken off. Because it doesn't show, I decided to keep it. Seems like the unit will fit our needs just fine. Good value for the money.
