100% germination rate ... one dropped in a planter half full that we used as a cigarette catcher. It germinated and is an inch and a half tall already ... from friday to wednesday . So I threw some more in it and they caught up quickly. The pick is after 13 days from the first drop. I did add an inch around the original and pushed the newer ones in an inch or so.

I soaked the seed overnight to speed germination. The germination rate was very high (probably 98%. I have not harvested yet so I can't comment on the taste.The corn arrived the day after I ordered it. stalks look healthy and strong.

I thought Burpee seeds were bad. They have a beautiful package with plenty of seeds. I had some old Burpee seeds laying around for a couple years. They did better than these. I had to replant half the seed. I stage my planting so I can have fresh corn each week. Now I will get more latter on.

So I am planting a garden for the first time in a long time. I looked for corn locally, but I got a late start and it was pretty much slim pickings. I look to Amazon and found these seeds available. It was the type of corn I wanted and the amount I needed as I don;t have a very big garden. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived as the packaging was great and the information on the packet was just what I needed. My grandson and I planted 4 short rows of the corn. Here we are about a week later and we see that each seed that was planted has germinated and on it's way to be a wonderful treat to eat in a couple of months. I am very pleased with the product and company and will look to do more with them during next years garden season. Thanks!

Never had corn that grew as nice as this. The deer really loved it as it came up. Replanted and told deer to go away. I was excited watching it grow and once ready the ears were perfect. However....it was tasteless, and it tasted more like the cob. Tossed the entire crop.
