I purchased this for my dog who had been sick & not eating. I had to get him back on regular food after caring for him for 3 weeks. He could only have small amounts. Now my dog is only 8 pounds so this was the perfect amount to get him started back on regular food. It has real chicken & ingredients. They are equivalent of people food. They were attractive looking to me & smelled great to my dog. But most of all assisted him in returning to eating regularly. The food looked very fresh & appetizing but of course I wasn't going to try it!

It's just real food, for your dog. Not a huge fan of having to send the containers back to Weruva and hope they actually recycle them, but outside of that this has been the best food for our pup. He has a sensitive stomach but has been able to eat all 8 varieties found in the pink and blue packages. I love being able to tell exactly what is in each dish when you open it up. Shamed to admit our pup eats better than us some times.

My 5 years old Yorkie and I highly recommend this dog food!Appearance: The packaging is small , lightweight and convenient for travel. Thr food itself has a pleasant look, as you can see and tell what the ingredients are. You can easily observe the ingredients: vegetables, chicken and broth, without it being a big mush . It also doesn't have a strong or disagreeable smell.The portion is ideal as a meal, a treat to supplement kibble, or other needs.Most satisfying is that my dog loves it. Recently she had to go on a prescription diet and these are a kibble companion that our vet was able to approve based on the clean ingredients.

Dogs go crazy over these. They even smell good when you open the pack. My dogs has sensitive stomach and she got no diarrhea from the switch.

My almost 13y chihuahua Yorkie, Bow, has chronic pancreatitis flare ups. This brank of food is SO Low in their fat percentage that it is perfect for dogs with his condition. He loved the taste, and you got a decent amount of food packets for what you spent so I would say you have good value for your money, the food once you open the containers is HUMAN grade. All veggies are bright color, and meat look fresh. He hasn't had any issues with this food or other types I bought from this brand.
