it came a little tangled in its box, but it was easy enough to untangle. it came in a plastic zippy bag, inside a jewelry box, inside a bigger zippy bag, so it definitely felt protected and secure. i was excited to receive it a day early. it looks just like the picture. i'm very excited to wear it. it's simple and lovely, the kind of necklace i can wear on a daily basis.

Definitely the best design of all the heartbeat necklaces online. The chain reflects a lot of light but is fine for me.

Much, much smaller than I expected. There is not much weight to it either. Looks cheap. I bought this as a gift and am almost embarrassed to give it. Definitely NOT worth the price. Will wait and see what the person receiving it thinks....but, knowing her, she will graciously accept it. My sister is a nurse so I thought this would be a cool Xmas gift from my daughter to her Aunt. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

I like this necklace a lot BUT the chain is very flimsly - it broke, I bought another necklace and it broke, even sooner. Very disappointed.

For our daughter-in-law's graduation from nursing school. She was particularly happy with the length of the chain. Usually the chains that come with necklaces are too short. This was a perfect length!
