It's a good Multi-Vitamin. All the good stuff plus the Lutein and Lycopene for the eyes. Word of advice. Storage may become an issue since towards the end the pills began to show some discoloration due to oxidization/ageing. I've never had this problem with Multi-Vitamins before. But I've never bought a bottle a with a 3 month supply before either.
