This is a great set for a fraction of the cost that the other building brick brand has their set selling on the secondhand market. It goes great with mini figs (sold separately) and as stated before quite the bargain. My only issue, is that I had 2 extra white flat 4X1 pieces, but was missing a white flat 6X1 piece and a dark grey 3X1 piece. I’ve seen other reviews where the company tried to refute the claims by saying they may have been dropped on the floor or stuck in the bag. This was not the case as I ensured the pieces were carefully put into a box for sorting as I built and carefully went over the packages to ensure nothing was left inside. I did have spare pieces to be able to fit in their stead, however, and was able to complete the build. Would have done 4.5 stars, but it didn’t give me the option for the half star.

Very hard to connect and even harder to take apart, even with the little tool. And the directions weren’t easy to read. The different colors of blocks were hard to decipher on the directions

When I got this, I was kind of mad because I thought they were Lego brand blocks. But they’re not. The brand name should be more obvious on the website. Had to go through all the details about the product before realizing (after I bought them) that they weren’t legos. I hope they really are compatible with Legos because it’s my child’s main birthday gift. Don’t have time to return or replace.

Looks good online, but once we received it, missing many pieces. Instructions were hard to follow. All the stickers for the set were missing. 4 bags of the pieces for the vehicles were missing so we couldn't even put those together. We did get the big part together by stealing other pieces from my sons other sets. Very disappointed.

I need to be more careful in reading product names and descriptions. For some reason Legos does not sell prison sets for a reasonable price anymore because the set has been retired. This knockoff set may be an acceptable substitute but when my grandson saw it was not Lego brand, it was a non-starter.

My son wanted a Lego City set for his birthday and I wasn't finding anything on Amazon that was either big enough or something that my son didn't already have. I happened to stumble upon this set and read reviews that these are compatible with Lego sets and for the price I thought I'd give it a shot. At first my older child told his brother he got a knock off etc etc but let me tell you, the attention to detail this set has is amazing and the excitement they both had at building this set will have me buying more of these sets!
