I bought 2 of these and 1 had a slight issue with the door not lining up properly but the seller helped me immediately with the issue. These are great and spacious. I use one for a pantry and one for art supplies and they hold so much stuff. My fiance said they are not hard to build either

I purchased two cabinets. Based on this purchase, I plan on two more with Letaya. There was a part missing. Letaya took care of this immediately, promising quick delivery. It's not a show stopper as I am using the cabinet and will add it later. Bottom line, I am very much impressed with their customer service people. It's reassuring and one the reasons I highly recommend buying from Letaya. The cabinet's quality matches those costing much more. If you are willing to do the assembly ( 1-1.5 hrs first time, half an hour on second second cabinet ), you will have the same quality cabinet as those costing at least twice as much. I know, I own one of those office grade factory assembled ones. I must say, while assembling the first cabinet I was completely impressed with the quality of the sheet metal all formed to fit precisely. All screw holes matched perfectly, all panel joints fit as they should. As I proceeded with the assembly, I waited for the "other shoe to drop". I knew something coming up will disappoint and upset me. Nothing bad happened, all parts went together easily, as the instructions stated and without issue. The opposite has been my experience with so many products that ship you a box full of parts and ask you to put it all together. The manufacturing team at Letaya deserves a lot of credit for pulling this off. It's obvious to me that the people that designed this cabinet had the customer assembler in mind. A bit of work but everything moves along smoothy if you follow the step by step instructions. The assembly manual is the clearest manual I have run across to date. Not an exaggeration. If that is not enough, all parts are labeled with letters even the screws. Hardware to attach the cabinet to the wall is included, with wall anchoring parts as well. Manual screw driver is included but I would recommend a battery powered screwdriver. Not an impact type driver as that will strip the sheet metal holes. Both my cabinets arrived with no damage. Letaya encapsulates the packaged panel's top and bottom sections inside a galvanized sheet metal box lined with foam. This forms a very protective means to mitigate shipping hazards. Unlike my expensive, office brand cabinet, these have five shelves. The shelf clips are super easy to remove and re-insert elsewhere making shelf height adjustments the easiest I've experience. I can't say that about my expensive office cabinet. I think more manufactures can learn from Letaya. I've assembled a lot of products in my long lifetime and have yet to experience a build like this. I must also add, the cabinet looks great. EDIT - November 2024 Ok, as I wrote earlier, I like the Letaya cabinets a lot. Just ordered three more but in white for my walk in pantry. They look great lined up against the wall. As mentioned earlier, the quality is still there. I did notice, the box packaging has improved with a lot of stiff hardboard surrounding the steel door panels throughout. Unless the shipping box was run over by the FedEx truck, it would be hard to damage the panels. Assembly was straightforward as before and instructions just as clear. What makes Letaya stand out is their customer service. This alone makes Letaya a smart choice.

Product was delivered in a very compact box and was packed with great care. Directions were clear and assembly was easy. Sheet metal is relatively thin, and I would have prefered something heavier. That said, the assembly was thorough and the finished product seems sturdy. There is one major shortcoming with the product and that is the leveling feet. The feet are rigidly attached to the adjustment screw. They do not swivel, so when you adjust the screw, the feet rotate rather than remaining still. Even though I made the leveling adjustments while the cabinet was empty, three of the four feet broke off from the adjustment screw. Now I must either try to repair these with epoxy or order replacement screws that swivel. Very disappointing shortcoming with an otherwise good product.

I ordered this product in March of 2025 and it has been perfect for our needs. The cabinet assembled with ease. It is strong for what I'm using it for and it is solid. I am online now to reorder another one of these cabinets.

Heavy! I purchased 2 of these cabinets and they arrived a day early from FedEx. I feel sorry for the poor man that had to drag these to the door. It took me some shoving to get them inside. Today, I opened the first box and took the pieces down to my basement individually. The pieces looked good, a few scratched but nothing major, no dings. Assembling the cabinet took a little over an hour by myself and some interruptions. I used a ratcheting screw driver which made it a lot quicker than the screwdriver provided. Pieces looked like they wouldn’t line up right but if you could get a screw started they evened out. I have a second one to put together tonight and I would and will be purchasing in the future. Easy to put together besides the side panels which I used a jug of cat litter and a chair to balance the sides so I could attach them. No missing hardware. The lock on the cabinet door was a bit stuck at first and the key wouldn’t fit. Once I got the key in the first time, the lock eased up and now works fine. I have so much room for crap now. I used the first cabinet for my laundry supplies (2 shelves), paints and chemicals (2 shelves), 1 shelf for lanterns and have an extra shelf. *The metal does scratch very easily. I was putting in paint cans and it’s obvious every place I slide a can there are marks.*

Once assembled, this is a nice functional cabinet exactly as advertised. However, the assembly sucks if you're trying to do it yourself. The box is heavy, long, and bulky. The pieces need to be laid flat on the floor, ideally on a carpet so you don't scratch the panels, and which could be a pain to move it fully assembled if you need it in a room without a carpet. And then all the holes didn't... quite... line... up... so every screw took extra elbow grease at weird angles. Instructions were clear and they send a couple extra pieces for every screw and fastener, plus a philips head screw driver (not a hex thing). Overall fine for the price. I like it much better now that it's done.

I bought this to put in my office, which has an automotive theme. As other reviews have mentioned, the box it comes in is heavy but well packaged. The assembly was straightforward, with all panels marked, the hardware labeled, and even a Phillips-head screwdriver included. The screwdriver is the only tool needed for assembly unless you decide to secure the cabinet to a wall. I’d recommend pre-threading the holes used with the screw, primarily for assembly, to make threading them in the holes easier. Taking my time, it took me a little over an hour to assemble, and I’m pleased with the assembly process, the quality, and the look in my office.

Easy to put together. The directions are well done, with all the parts labelled clearly. So far it looks good and is doing it's job. No complaints.

I got exactly what I paid for. A cabinet in which I could finally organize the growing parts supply that was taking over my toolbox drawers and bench tops. It isn't HD but comes with 5 shelves instead of 3 and is sturdy enough for my needs. Being able to adjust the feet from inside the cabinet makes it easier for one person assembly. It took me about 2 hours to assemble and level in the spot I cleared for it. Opening 10 drawers to find the right fuel filter is now a memory.

Cabinet was easy to put together, and it looks great and holds lots of items. I was able to downsize from 2 cabinets to one.
