Perfect GLUTEN FREE Yumminess!
My husband is allergic to gluten and has to eat gluten free, which rules out about everything that’s good. Until we found these, life around the ponderosa here was bland and dull. Enter these gf free Lady Fingers and our dessert options have tripled! IVe used them to make all sorts of tiramisus or process them in the food processor and bingo- the best graham pie crust substitute you could ever want! They taste light, soak up the liquor well, yet provide a close flavor and texture to the real deal. On occasion, they arrive pretty crunched up, but most of the time they are in good shape, and if I do find a couple that are broken up, I use them as a crunchy garnish to whatever dessert I’m making. These are truly GF free, a little pricey, but if you’re looking to pull off an impressive gf tiramisu or cheese cake, they’re a must have if you don’t want to go to the trouble of baking your own.

Worked well for Tiramisù but not good overall
They made a tasty pumpkin Tiramisù. I used them because I was bringing it to a neighbor who needs to be gluten free. However, they aren’t packaged very well, so the majority of them were broken. Okay for this use, but they could not have been served to guests as “cookies.” They were the only gluten free lady fingers I could find and were quite pricey given their condition.

Excellent for Gluten Free Tiramisu
Our adult daughter and I must avoid gluten, and this Schar product permits us to still enjoy the tiramisu recipe that I created (low cal, NO eggs, but amazingly yummy). I find that a quick dip (both sides) of the delicate biscuit is all that's needed to infuse the Amaretto-espresso coffee liquid. Too long a dip and they pretty much disintegrate. They are also the perfect length/width to fit into the rectangular glass dish, no "cutting" necessary. The ladyfingers are not that sweet, so that helps with the calorie count also! Used to be able to buy them in two of my local stores, but they have not carried them in over 2 yrs. Many sellers list these for much more, so I quickly ordered when Amazon sent me the alert email on this well priced two pack for about $6.50 per one. Looking forward to making tiramisu for my daughter and I when we have a post pandemic family birthday dinner in August. BTW: I also do make a regular tiramisu for my son-in-law and my husband but they enjoy the GF texture much more😊.Recently, I found these at a large supermarket, selling for less than $6, so the ones selling here on Amazon for $450 (for pkg of 10) is ludricous.

Great gluten free lady fingers
After recently returning from Italy, we had a few friends over for dinner, all Italian and I made Tiramisu. These lady fingers worked perfectly and were tasty. The only drawback was that about 1/2 of them came broken so I had to piece them together while making the dessert, no big deal. If you were going to use them decoratively, plan to be able to use only 1/2 of them. They were pricy but when you need gluten free, you pay the price.

Addicted to Schar Lady Fingers, Gluten Free!
I love these cookies. I would eat them everyday, all day long, if they were not quite so pricey. These lady fingers are good dunked in coffee or hot chocolate, lathered with Nutella, munched before bed, turned into Tiramisu, eaten in secret so that you don't have to share...or savored just plain. I buy in bulk. (One problem with ordering them, though: on arrival you mostly have crumbs. So, ordering them is a very last resort when the store is out, which is often.)

Gluten free tiramisu
I bought these to make a gluten free tiramisu and I was not disappointed. Like most gluten free options I had to make a few adjustments, but nothing major. These ladyfingers are more on the dry, crispy side, but I just added more of the coffee mixture and it turned out perfect. I will definitely buy these again.

Great when not smashed to powder
These are pretty good for gluten free, though they are a bit more delicate so handle carefully. The first time I ordered, a few were broken but that was workable. The second time, almost half of the first box and a quarter of the 2nd was powder. So it was a big waste. This 2nd purchase was shipped in just plastic wrapping, it should be shipped in a box with cushioning given how delicate it is.
