I'm sure these work well for some applications but didn't meet my needs nearly as well as I'd hoped for some leg exercises I was trying.

Bought the new RenX Sport ankle cuffs, this was the first time I ever use them.What I like about them is there's two cuff’s so you don't have to keep changing the cuff’s from one angle to another and that's a great convenience. They are well-made and very comfortable. I also recommended a few people at the YMCA that asked me where I purchase them .

Ok, I love these things! Used them for the first time on my leg day and let me tell you, they hit different muscles and my goodness I was sore! The padding makes a difference. Glad to incorporate in my workouts. Love the bag they come in

Arrived very fast,within 2 days of purchase date.I bought it for my girlfriend to replace her old cuffs because of the weak velcro which never support more than 20 lbs.These are strong and well made. She loves them!
