We purchased this item hoping it would enable our bedridden ...
We purchased this item hoping it would enable our bedridden daughter to use her iPad in prone positions. To begin with, the device does not support the weight of the iPad with the gooseneck extended. I suppose it would work attached to a desk with the gooseneck coiled. We returned it and ordered a more substantial device which does work.

Won't hold my kindle where I need it.
I like the idea of this, but in reality, it does not work well. VERY STIFF to move around and once you get it set, it is not strong enough to hold my kindle. I have to prop something under it. I was hoping for much better. Also, the first one broke before I could use it, but I did get an immediate refund on that one.

Broke on 3rd use
I was excited to use this but it broke the 3rd time I used it. I wouldn’t purchase this item again but I did email the seller and ask if they can replace the small piece to see if I can make it work again.

Tablet mount
This wiggles too much for my Ipad Pro 12" and doesn't stay in place long its droops down a lot. I am sure with a lighter tablet or smartphone it should be great.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FIRE 7 TABLET
Not good for fire 7 tablets will not fit properly it will just slip outUpdate after applying Velcro straps it works great but now has failed and will not stay in place from base completely useless

Cannot handle tablets.
The base is flimsy when extended. Any tablet seems too heavy and I cannot get it to stay in a position (It rotates).

Awesome tablet/phone stand
Great stand use it all the time when I'm in dialysis can't use my left arm wile I'm in treatment fits my tablet perfect I also use it for my Nintendo Switch and my phone for when I'm playing games and watching videos only issues I have is there is one plastic table in the dialysis unit it dissent clamp well to keeps slipping when I tightening the clamp other than that I'm very happy with it

Didn't stay where I wanted it to
This product couldn't support my larger iPad's weight and when I used it for my phone, the cable is very hard to bend into place, so it ended up not being used.
