Tested this chair to the other major brands and nothing comes close to this one. In quality and comfort. The material of this chair you can tell its going to last a very long time. At least a decade. I'm 6'2" (188 cm) and if you're around this height or taller I would say you need to go with this chair as the smaller versions have narrower seats and I could see it becoming uncomfortable after awhile. If you spend a large amount of time sitting down I believe 100% this is worth the buy. It has completely eliminated all my back pain from sitting. The only down side (and sort of not a joke) sometimes I don't get up as much as I should because its too comfortable.

I bought this for my boyfriends birthday. it’s really hard to find “the perfect chair” but, this is the best choice I could definitely get. it was on a sale so that helped with the price. it’s def worth the price, it’s extremely comfy. Its made of memory foam so it takes a lil bit to get ur butt shape but once it dose this bad boi is my new cozy’s spot. Still contemplating on stealing this from him but I’ll def get a clutch non pewds edition.

So this is a crazy price for a tricked-out chair no doubt. A few parts of the assembly are incorrect or missing such as the covers on the gear portion - not even the correct number of parts in the assembly. The instructions also do not tell you to connect the LED tubes from the chair back which you must figure out by opening the LED power area (velcro covered) and inserting the tubes into the LED output (silver cylinders). Push them in as far as they will go and then reseal the velcro. Pretty easy once you know what to do. Hope this helps!

I bought this chair for my husband who games a lot for long periods of time. He absolutely loves it. Super comfy, very adjustable and sturdy. Very worth the $ spent. Like another reviewer my husband does say it could use a little more padding in the seat area, but thinks that has more to do with the angle of how you are currently sitting. have the seat angled or have the back angled. I would recommend this purchase to any gamer who does long extended sessions. Recently he spend 8+ hours a day in this chair after a back injury.

Had a broken piece, contact their services department and they shipped the replacement right away! No complaints just quality.

Even with a rocky start, customer service was quick and fantastic. The chair is exactly what I needed. It was a little stiff at first but after a few hours felt very comfortable. The adjustable armrests are wonderful. The back does lean back and can take some getting use to. The lumbar pillow is very squishy but easily movable. The construction feels solid from the base up. I could gripe about the plastic covering tabs not fitting snug but that is cosmetic. Will definitely buy another for my daughter and maybe another just for the dinner table. Update 10/03/22: Don't buy this chair. The chair just doesn't last and is uncomfortable. Went with a SecretLabs Titan XL. Worth the money. Major difference is quality of materials. I have been using the Titan for 5 months and have no complaints. Where as with the Clutch chair I had a hard time finding the right adjusent and then the chair started to crack and the leather is ruined. I used leather oil and cleaned it monthly and it still cracked. Don't buy the Clutch. Get the SecretLabs chair, your back and peace of mind will thank you.

I got this chair to use for work and gaming and the assembly wasn’t bad. However the plastic covers that attach to the side were sticking out at the top and were very sharp instead of being safe and flush. After sitting on the chair for a few minutes I found the chair to be very uncomfortable. I’m 6’3 and 210lbs and both my height and weight are within Clutch Chairz Throttle recommended sizing specifications. This is their largest chair model however the seat is very narrow and I was experiencing discomfort. I also found the seating area to have less padding compared to other chairs. Because of these reasons I returned the chair the following day. Based on the overall quality of this chair it’s not worth the extremely high asking price!

I'm in Canada, and Canada Post doesn't ship boxes over 50lbs so it came via Purolator, but I did not have to pay any extra shipping cost. The box the chair was shipped in weighs 60lbs and is big and awkward to lift on your own so I suggest having a buddy help you lift it if you're going to move the chair upstairs. Each piece of the chair is individually packed for safety while shipping so you'll have a lot of package recycling afterwards. Assembling the chair is very straightforward, and the manual the chair comes with has diagrams so it's simple to follow. There were a couple cosmetic plastic pieces on the sides of the chair that were a little tricky to get on with the provided allen key/phillips screwdriver because the screws sits inside the plastic piece (not flush) before you can screw them in the prefab holes. I recommend using a magnetic phillips tipped screwdriver if you have one to make this part easier. Once assembled the chair is solid as a rock, and very comfortable. The seat itself has firm comfortable foam, but it's not cushy when you sit on it the first time. Keep in mind this chair is made for someone up to 330lbs. I'm 5'10'' and 175lbs and got this chair because I understand that the seat cushion will give more and become cushier with use. I did notice a couple white marks on the leather seat base, but when I wiped it with a wet cloth they came off no problem. Other than that there were no defects or issues with any of the chair pieces. Clutch also provide some extra screws and bolts just in case you misplace or lose one. Overall I love this chair and I'm excited to break it in. Oh, and the chair does in fact DO THIS!!! :)

This chair is extremely comfortable, easy to assemble and fits a lot of different body types and sizes. It is the most comfortable chair i ever owned, well worth its prize. Materials are of good quality and it is built to last. Only little detail they should change is remove the "corners" on the 5 metallic arms of the leg of the chair. I always hit my Achiles tendon when i bring my legs back, under the chair.
