their official software is anjvision I believe, but any onvif compliant software works with this camera. It also has a webpage you can log into to control the camera, however best controlled with a software like frigate or zoneminder for simplicity. Camera is not a scam, likely rebranded and now sold at a discount. Very dependable, high quality camera. Sits in metal shroud, acrylic? for transparent housing, around camera. Great bracket which can mount independently of camera but allows locking the camera down to it once placed. Easy too hook up - says in manual DHCP is disabled by default, this was not true on the one i received. Cheapest professional PTZ camera i could find, no complaints, will buy more. Default username is admin, password is 123456.

The installation process is simple, the picture quality is very clear, and the night vision effect surprised me, I can see the details at night. Its 360-degree rotation function is also very convenient, which can cover more corners and bring more security to the home. Very satisfied, highly recommended!

Out of the box we had 3 of 14 failed. Can't be managed. The http server won't accept requests. Don't have time to take them apart and try resets. Tossing into the garbage camera pile. Otherwise they appear to work ok. One unit lost its ptZ ability out of the blue a week after install. So... 10 of 14 are still in good shape. RTSP streams are good.

Bought this in September 2024. It's now January 2025. In late November 2024 I had a problem with the zoom feature. I was advised to unplug the PoE or power supply. Let it set for a few minutes and that would reset the camera. That seemed to work for the zoom. Recently the pan feature started getting slow and jerky. Now it only pans about 60 degrees from far left. A big difference from the 355 degrees it's supposed to travel. And I need it to travel further to see other areas of the yard. I tried unplugging the PoE to hopefully reset something. But no good. And the camera is to high to mess with taking down try to trouble shoot and put it back up. I tried the "Trouble Shooting Guide" provided on the invoice page on Amazon. But it appears to be limited to the listed choices. My problem isn't listed so there's no help there. I guess it's now basically a stationary dome camera with zoom. Until the zoom goes away again. Then it's junk. If I have to take it down I'll replace it with a better quality camera. And no I would not recommend this camera. 2025/02/23: Now it's a stationary camera. No Pan or Tilt. And at night it has become nearly useless due to the IR reflecting off the internal condensation on the dome. At first I was quite pleased with it, but now it's junk. Guess I'll throw it in the trash. No I wouldn't recommend this camera.

Only thing that was missing was a Zoom feature. Everthing else works great once you enable DHCP as default in order to have NVR recognize it correctly.

Really nice camera, pan tilt and digital zoom, does exactly as it say，and their after sale service helps me a lot.

This camera is a great choice! The powerful night vision function can cover a wide area, and the lens provides a wide-angle field of view, which is suitable for a wide range of monitoring needs and performs well both day and night.

I was very surprised by the performance of this one. A fisheye lens allows me to get more in the frame than a regular lens. It is ideal for use above entrances. As long as you don't mind the fisheye effect, it allows me to see anyone in the doorway and covers a wide background view. I highly recommend this affordable product.
