Who needs friends when you have this to take photos of you?
Listen guys, this tripod is an insanely good deal. I have always struggled to coordinate with friends to go out and take photos with me, and this thing makes it so much easier when all of my friends are busy or I have a spur the moment picture that I want to take. You can take this thing literally anywhere-it’s incredibly light weight, fits in just about anything or wraps to anything, and you can station it up nearly anywhere you want! In addition to that, it’s incredibly well-made. It’s not cheap, flimsy, or delicate in anyway shape or form. This is a flexible tripod that’s built to last you for several years. I use it mostly just for my iPhone, but I also have a DSLR that I could mount with it at any time (Canon 60D). In fact, it comes with a mount for DSLR, and also a detachable mount for your smart phone that you can attach to this, or a selfie stick, or any other type of attachment you would want to put your smartphone on. I’ve only had three flexible tripods in my lifetime, but out of the three, this one is by far the most well-made, the best one, and incredibly well price! I like to believe that everything can be better, and for this product I gave four stars on versatility. My only reason for this is that the head of the tripod does not turn 90°, perpendicular to the tripod itself. For that reason, you will always have to bend a tripod a little bit to get it to go sideways, which can be an issue if you’re smart phone weighs a lot or you’re using a DSLR. All in all, I’m happy I bought this, and you will be too. Most of the time I just leave it in my car, since it’s small enough to fit in a glove compartment or you know, anywhere. That way if I have a sudden adventure, I can throw that in my bag or it to live stream. And if you’re not happy, I’m sure there’s an awesome return policy as well! Have fun taking photos and videos! :-)

Great GorillaPod Alternative
I was searching for a lighter more convenient companion to my JOBY GorillaPod when I stumbled on the Fotopro UFO2 Plus, and I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised. The UFO2 Plus is lighter and smaller (but not shorter) than the GorillaPod 3K, and that’s a godsend as weight and space is of paramount importance when I’m traveling. Both the GorillaPod and UFO2 are really nice tripods, and they both have their respective strengths and weaknesses. I like the fact that the UFO2 has slim legs that I can easily grip and carry as selfie stick. I also like that the legs are really easy to twist into any position I want as it makes it infinitely easy to securely wrap the tripod around poles and railings. Much more flexible that the GorillaPod. The camera mounting head swivels 360 degrees and locks into place with a convenient quick release lever (as opposed to a knob) which I really appreciate. The camera screws into tripod. Would have been nice if tripod came with a quick release plate for easier camera mounting and dismounting. There’s a bubble level on the mounting head that I wish was bigger as it’s a bit difficult to see. The UFO2 Plus is rated for cameras up to 1.2 kilograms (or about 2.6 pounds) which is plenty for my cell phone and Nikon D5600. The tripod comes with a bluetooth remote and phone adapter that worked well with my Apple iPhone XS Max. Also comes with a small carrying pouch which is a nice extra. Pros * Slim and light but still feels high quality * Extremely flexible legs that can securely wrap around virtually anything * Quick release latch lock on the swivel head * Extras like bluetooth remote, mobile phone adapter, and carrying pouch * Perfect for cell phones, and compact DSLR cameras * Half the cost of the GorillaPod (paid $28 for the UFO2 Plus on 1/2019) Cons * Very small bubble level that’s difficult to see * No quick release plate on the mounting head Would I replace my JOBY GorillaPod with the Fotopro UFO2 Plus? They both have their uses but I find myself carrying the UFO2 Plus more often as it’s lighter and and slimmer. Perfect for cell phones, and compact DSLR cameras. Overall, I give it a 4.5 star rating.

Great product for the money
Pros: It's really easy to use. It feels comfortable to grip. The legs bend easily in your hands but hold position when you let go. You can adjust height and angle almost effortlessly. It feels sturdy, too. And it's incredibly versatile. You can hang it off just about anything, at any angle, and it'll hold. The ball joint at the top can be positioned at just about any angle so you can set up a level shot even when the legs are hanging sideways off a random object. For the price, this is amazing. The Bluetooth remote does indeed easily pair with my phone and operate the camera shutter. In some video modes, however, pressing the button takes a picture rather than starting/stopping video. It also sometimes takes more than one press to activate. Still, it's pretty useful. Cons: The phone grip just barely fits around my LG V20. And it's spring loaded. So you kind of have to fight to hold the grip open as you get the phone in. I worry the spring may not be very durable. Time will tell. Also, the grip only holds the phone in landscape mode. You're not going to get portrait shots out of this. And if you do hang the tripod at some weird angle, you might not be able to get the orientation you want. (The phone grip does have two possible mounting points, however. One on the bottom and one on the back. So you do have some flexibility there.) Bottom line: If you want a tripod you can take with you anywhere, that's comfortable and easy to use, and can be mounted on just about anything, this is a great choice. It's not perfect. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of some of the fancier options. But it's really good at what it does.

This is a great tripod to have in your camera bag! Its really useful and extremely versatile. You can use this in just about any situations. The legs are very strong but very easy to bend when you need them to. The tripod is very strong and is able to handle a big DSLR without an issue. It's a great tool to have in your gear bag at anytime. I would recommend this to any vlogger, travel videographer or even pro shooter who want to shoot from difficult angles.

If you're looking for a small and portable phone stand, this would be the best buy. Also, it's best for tabletop counters or computer table. I just don't understand why this product is $5 more compared to the one with the Bluetooth remote which is $9.99. It was just an observation but all in all great product.
