Worked well for me. I was around a lot of sickness and between this and the olive oil supplements I stayed well.

These capsules are not too big, and include a small amount of copper which, most people do not know, we need in our human bodies. It is also not an excessive amount such that, if you were sick or coming down with something, you couldn’t double up on them. 2 or 3 would be my limit if I were sick.The above is not * medical advice ,* it is merely what I happen to do in my own situation. I rarely get sick, even when exposed to sick people in planes and airports. It is all due to how I SUPPLEMENT prior to, during, and after a trip.It takes work and intention to stay healthy and protected. It doesn’t happen magically on its own.As a sidenote, when I really want to protect myself, or get sick on a very rare occasion, I supplement zinc with a good brand of Quercetin and vitamin C. I have had a zinc deficiency even though I have been taking a supplement daily for years. I learned from another company that there are a few different forms of zinc and only one isn't enough. I tried their product but it made me nauseous, so I went looking for another type and found this one. Now the grooves in my nails are going away and I feel better without any nausea. Great product!

I tried the zinc copper supplement, but I couldn’t tell any noticeable difference, despite it being marketed to support immune function and overall body health.

I'm taking this form of Zinc for my prostate. I hope it'll make me feel a little better in the long run. I won't know until my next blood test.

This product made me so nauseous & felt like I’m about to throw up. I’ve taken this product in the morning, afternoon, and night with food or without and the results are all the same. Please save your health and money look for other brands
