Kinda sucks because I was stoked to open it, I got it for my mom’s birthday. She was so excited when she saw it and wanted to play immediately. It is beautiful and well made. Sadly, to our surprise, it came with multiple dinks in the wood that were pretty unsightly. It’s hard to see in the images, but they’re definitely there. As minor as they might seem, paying $100+ for a damaged product just doesn’t make a ton of sense. Hopefully they can make it right for me soon, fingers crossed**UPDATE**Never got through to CS on Amazon, but I ended up finding their CS email on their site. Greg on their team did an amazing job and took care of the issue for me. Review changed to 4 stars!

No assembly required, just get it out, set it up and play. I got the wood grain design and it matches my expectations. I like the canvas carrier with the handle straps to store it in.Try it…you’ll like it :-)

Ours arrived with a somewhat small dent in the corner like I see that several others did on the reviews and honestly if the product were packaged better I think this issue would be resolved. I often see styrofoam corners on items like this and that most likely would have helped. A simple thing to add on my opinion if you want the product to arrive in good condition for your customers. Ours looks nice and my husband and son used them last night and enjoyed the game. It does have some amount of bounce but not bad. For the price I think it’s a good value.

As very pleased when this arrived prior to the Fourth of July so that we would have a chance to use them. But it was terribly disappointed when I open the box and realized that one of the platforms was broken. Even though we tried to use it in this condition we quickly learned, the board was dead and did not respond when the bag landed on it.

Great looking board, but lightweight makes board bouncy during play. Lightweight reduces value of board should be reflect in price.
