So far so good. With supporting choline supplements I'm thinking fast and clear most of the day. I'm actually taking this for my apnea recovery to help my brain regrow. I've seen a couple bad reviews which indicate an allergic reaction or one related to the cholinergic effects. My suggestion is to make sure you have enough choline in your diet and also as with any supplement especially one this effective (huperizine a, not this specific brand though it does seem effective) open the pill and take a minor dose for tolerance testing purposes first. (I work as a software tester). Edit: upon further use I actually found that I was TOO turned up, thinking too fast, I quickly stopped usage and after 2 days was okay. Many online sources say not to take this dosage (300mcg) for longer than 4 days in a row (that was my 6th day) or more then 4 days a week and I can say this is definitely true, at least for me. This supplement is HIGHLY effective. In fact I have taken to doing partial dosages by opening the pill because it's so effective. Of course drugs and tolerance are different for everyone, but be careful. I actually wish they offered it in 150mcg pills. (note I'm taking some other brain supporting drugs so mileage may vary... 300mcg may be the perfect dose for someone else).

After reading a lot about Huperzine A, I decided to try this because it was the best deal. I've been taking them for about a week and I'm noticing my recall is much better when studying. I have full confidence that I will pass my next exam with no problems. So, yeah this is working very effectively for me. I will buy again.

Oh wow, now this was some good stuff, lemme tell ya! I felt like I was going to DIE, and just spent the entire day vomiting over and over! As it turns out, ladies and gents, it's very possible to ACTUALLY die by taking Huperzine A, thanks to Acetylcholine toxicity! Wow! This is Huperzine Serrata, the one you DON'T WANT to take, but I had no idea until I got burned! Entire bottle went in trash.

This product made me extremely ill. I was sick to my stomach, became extremely faint and dizzy, my tongue swelled so I was slurring my speech, muscles were twitching. My doctor was had to triage me. I very experienced with supplements and have used huperzine a before without incident. I bought this one because it doesn't show fillers like magnesium stearate, etc.The first day, I got a stomach ache but didn't connect it to this supplement. The next day, I had the above experience. My doctor confirmed my symptoms were an allergic reaction, ordered benadryl, and ordered me to throw out the bottle. I've never had a negative experience from a supplement. This was truly scary.I narrowed it down to this supplement as my diet was exactly the same with this new supplement being the only change and the symptoms were sudden, severe and stopped when I stopped taking them. I gave my husband one pill the first day and he, too, had a bad stomach ache. The second day, he didn't take it, but I did, and my reaction was more severe as described above. I took 1/2 the recommended dose - 1 pill, per day for 2 days.

This product worked better than some of the others I have tried. I would use it again.
