This is a great product, and very easy to adjust. It fits so well because it’s adjustable and it allows for compression while working out. I love it for cardio, but on leg days it’s a little weird because of the different motions. I like that the sweat is all concentrated in the band

I recently got the Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer and overall, it’s a very good product. It comes in a nice box, but I think it would look more professional (and hygienic) if the belt came sealed inside a plastic bag within the box. Otherwise, anyone could try it on and return it, which doesn’t feel very safe. Aside from that, I’m really happy with how it works, it makes you sweat a lot during workouts and helps shape your waist nicely. The material feels strong and comfortable, and it stays in place even during high-intensity exercises. Definitely worth it, just wish the packaging was a bit more secure.

I ordered an XXL thinking that would be perfect, but it was too long. So I sized down to the XL and it adjusts perfect. You can wear it around the house, you can use it for any activity. There is no moevement too small because this will help produce sweat. I use it when I go for my daily walks and the compression has helped support my back as well. Usually when walking my back would be so tired (I am 250lbs) and now, I don't have that issue anymore.
