Zipper on large pocket failed first day. I eventually got it working. None of the zippers operates smoothly, and I'll try to baby them so they won't jump the tracks like the first one. Other things that may or may not bother you: bag is very shiny, and zippers are a bright brass color. Make it look cheap, but that's only my opinion.Edit: Main zipper has now failed totally. Rating now is 1 star, am returning this item.

I bought this shoulder bag for my cousin for his birthday. He is very satisfied with the appreance and quality of the bag. Stylish, classy and versatile.

After 2 months of use, the zipper became disconnected from the teeth and cannot be reset. For, a "quality product", this is really unacceptable and makes the bag unusable.

Less than 2 weeks, the Zip went completely bad, do I have to go repairing something I bought this expensive ?
