The product arrived quickly and worked beautifully for about 2 months. Then I started noticing that it was charging slowly and activating and deactivating as I held it in my hand with the power cord attached. Well now it doesn't charge with the button or connected to a/c wall power. It turns out that the male power insert into the bottom of my phone is loose/broken so it will not charge at all. Occasionally I take my phone out to bluetooth charge so I don't understand how this breaks the connection piece. The reason I give it only 3 stars is it only lasted a little over 2 months.Since posting my review, the company's customer service department contacted me directly expressing their sorrow for the problem I had and offered to rectify things. I thought being past the return date it wasn't worth the hassel of a warranty claim. They informed me ut was under warranty and if I dedired, they'd send me a new one. Well, they did and I didn't even half to return the defective product. Cudos to a standup company with real customer service principles. I've had it about a week now and it's working beautifully so far, just like the original. I gave it 5 stars for the outstsnding customer service. This Vet truly is greatful!

I purchased this in hopes of extending my battery life but the product I've received seems to be faulty. This product has 4 LED level indicators that show when the power pack is full. I was happy for 2 days when the power pack actually reached its fully charged status but from then on the pack would only reach 2 led lights. This pack seems to be draining my battery when its not in use (dormant but still attached to the phone).

This will not only allow your phone battery to go the extra mile, but the kickstand feature is awesome too. I now multi-task having my cellphone screen pointed at me while I work on my laptop. It also comes in handy if you are at dinner and want to show a video to a friend, just knock out the kickstand and set it on the table. Love my phone even more because of this thing!

I have owned 3 of these. They work great and completely recharge the phone when you activate with the button. I don't mind the extra weight and the grip is secure. Three things to be aware of. First, you cannot use a fast cordless charger through it. Second, the "horns" over the top will break off if you drop the phone on the corner. Third, it is stiff to put on and remove. None of these concerns detract from the fact that you can fully recharge your phone, on the go.

Works as advertised.I get about 2-2.5X the battery life with this compared to without it.It does add significant bulk and doubles the weight, but that's an issue common among all battery cases.Only real issue is that the phone does wiggle ever so slightly while in the case, not a perfect fit. There's no concern of it falling out; just that it sometimes you can feel it a little wiggling when handling the phone. No big deal.Haven't tested charging yet (charge overnight). The phone does not recognize it as "Fast Charging", but I doubt it's really slow.Overall, does what it's supposed to do at a cheap price.

Pretty much good for one full charge from 1 or 2% all the way back to 95% or higher before being drained. Takes a couple hours to get there, but you can use it the whole time as well. Gets a little warm but not too bad. Takes about 30 minutes to recharge. Very happy with it.

I've used it for couple of days now and like it, other than the weight and size which is to be expected. However the real problem for me is the power button. It will often get turned on in my pocket and when the Galaxy 7 is plugged into charge it will wake up the screen. Given that it's in my pocket with an awake screen all kinds of "buttons" can be pressed.If they move the button or replaced it with a different kind of power switch I'd definitely bump up my rating to 4 or more stars.

1.Doesn't Fast Charge my Galaxy S7.2.Difficult to slide up the top piece.3.Lightweight, yet thick.4.Not sure how to make it stop charging before 100% without plugging into another power source or removing the case. Maybe 5 clicks or something weird.
