its nothing like the picture. The elevation on the side is not that high and overall the pillow is too low. It mentions you can order the 0.8 inch insert , i contacted seller he wants to charge me same price as the below almost AED 230 which is ridiculous. Also it says you can remove the neck curvature from inside to give it more depth but its not true it cant be removed. I ordered blue it came white . The nylon bag was ripped seems used and returned . It came different brand also not Groye. I returned it.

Although promised that we can get an additional insert and a 5 year warranty, the only thing we got was one reply that this is not possible for outside of us, that was not mentioned when we ordered, and our item was shipped outside of the US fine.

I M a 4’ 11” woman and I believe this pillow would work for a larger person but not for me. If I tried to sleep on my side and place my head where this pillow suggested I woke up during the night with a lot of ear pain. The pain did soften and then go away after a 15 minute time period.

Like others have mentioned, I wasn’t going to write a review but received a letter offering a reward in exchange for a review, so after a few months of trying the pillow I decided it was worth it.I have had a very hard time finding pillows that support my neck and jaw well enough to help alleviate my headaches and TMJ issues. At first, this supported my neck great while sleeping on my back, but the sides were too short to comfortably support my head and neck while sleeping on my side. I requested the extra insert, and after a couple weeks it showed up. It added too much height to sleep on my back, but it worked great for side sleeping. So, I cut out the middle section to lower my neck position while back sleeping, and left in the side sections to raise them up. It now works great, and the fact that it was less expensive than a lot of other options was awesome. My previous go-to pillow is phenomenal for neck pain but is rather hard, and I like how soft this pillow feels in comparison. Overall, it was a good buy.
