I have to say, this device is far better than any small voice recorder I have bought before. Nicely packed, the device is very thin and small that it fits in my wallet easily. Super easy to use, one switch to turn on. The battery lasts a long time, I used it 7-8 hours a day and it lasts about 3 days. Great sound quality for such a tiny size, easy to get the files by connecting to my Macbook, the voice activated works like I wanted to. Plus, the packaging is so nice that I think it will be a great gift idea. Pleasant purchase.

At work I must take lots of notes for meetings and daily discussions between team members, and I am not a good note-taker. I have been using a lot of mini audio recorder to get all the information and make sure I don’t miss anything important. I have tried a hand full of mini recorder on Amazon, and this one is the best. It is very small and thin that people often don’t notice that I carry it. It can connect to MAC which I found cannot from other products on Amazon. The audio files are one-hour long each which help me go through quickly, other products often save 5-7hours long audio files which cost me more time to go through and find the information. The battery is good, I use it all day without charging and it’s very convenient that I can stick it under the table with its’ magnet. Highly recommend!

I've loved this device. I got it out of unfortunate necessity during a contentious legal situation.It proved vital for recording in-person conversations clearly - even from the mini-coin-pocket of my jeans. The UI of just put the recorder there, and then slide the easily-top-accessible switch to the middle when needing to record, was perfect.While necessarily more clunky in a call recording role, it also proved itself worthy here as well. It's necessary to use speakerphone for this, but pairing this external recorder with the phone is much more reliable for recording than device-specific, root-specific, jurisdiction-specific questions of whether any given Android app will actually work to record a call.Battery life was also far more than expected. The only time I ever saw it run out was after about a week calendar time, in which I'd used it for about 4-5 hours recording on about a dozen separate occasions. With nightly charging there's never been a question of it being available when needed.Finally, I'm writing this review just because of the ultimate case where this product is above-and-beyond. I panicked when I realized that I accidentally left it in my jeans mini-pocket, and that it went through the washing machine and dryer....but I just found it works fine! I'm able to pull off the few days of recordings I had not. I'll purpose a replacement just-in-case there's more subtle damage, but the fact that this survived at all amazes me.

The item arrived and I put it on charge. Charged it till next day. Started to try it and got out owner's manual. Owner's manual talked about blue light that came on to say it was working. However, there is no obvious place where you could see a blue light, and I never saw a blue light. Owner's manual doesn't show where one might see this mysterious light. Just points to on/off switch. Yea, I found that how about showing me where this light is supposed to be seen. Hooked item up to computer and found files from 1/22 on the device. I purchased 7/22. So, obviously this item appears to have been previously returned and then resold to me without notifying me this was a refurbished unit.
