Perfect pads. 👍🏼
Fantastic price for the quality of these pads for our little mishaps as we get older. Very comfortable. Strong made. Not too thick which makes them comfy. No leaks at all unlike others from years ago. Buy size accordingly! 🙂 I will definitely be purchasing more packs.

Good quality
The pads work well, they are used for fecal incontinence but hold most leaks. Shape isn't perfect but probably the best I've found.

Great value for money.
These sanitary pads are such good value for money and very absorbent. The sticky. Part is strong and they do not move around. I would recommend giving them a try. Very pleased with this product, thank you.

Feel confident
As a lady of a certain age I have issues with my bladder. I have tried many different pads over the years. These pads fit perfectly to the shape of my body, I can’t tell I have them on as they are not bulky at all. They may not hold a full on wee but they are great for small accidents. The price is a bonus as well.

These have big coverage, affix easily to your own underwear and are breathable. These support maintaining a good skin integrity for those with mild to moderate urinary incontinence.

The number 4 pads are good, but the number 5 size would be a lot better if their was no tight elastic on each side of the pads. It makes them bunch up everytime you use them. If I cut the elastic off and put little cuts along each side of the pad it help them lay flat. Why don't the designer of womens incontinent pads put wings under the sides to keep each pad making them lay flat and in place and not all bunching up. I like to see the number #5 pads with #1.) No elastic. #2.) Wings added to the side #3.) A little thicker or something on the back of each pad to stop leaking. #4.) All other womens pads many have wings to keep them in place. They only have to use them once a month. What about the women that have to use Multiple pads every single day 365 days a year. Why can't they put wings on incontinent pads. #4.) Are a tiny little bit too small and they need wings. Women use these everyday. They need wings to help keep them in place.

I have heavy urinary incontinence requiring a diaper. I was looking to try something new instead of my usual tape diaper. These come in 11 different sizes/absorbencies. I chose the 11s, as I need maximum absorbency. The first thing I noticed when I removed them is that the ansorbent pad is the same shape, size and thickness as my usual daytime diaper, the Abena M4 Comfort. The inner lining, leakguards and leg elastics are tge same as the M4s. These are cloth backed and have no adhesive strips to hold them in place. The padding is wider in the back than the front. I wear them with the wider part in front since Im a guy to put the most absorbency up front where I need it most during the day. I used them with a special lycra panty designed to hold incontinence pads. You first fold the pad in half lengthwise and then insert them into the panty. As you pull the panty up, you open and smooth out the back of the pad and then the front. It takes only a little more time than applying a tape on diaper. They have the advantage of better air flow since there are no wrap around wings like a traditional diaper. The absorbency is very good for daytime, I changed about every 4 hours. No leaks during the day. As with most cloth backed incontinence profucts, urine odor is more noticeable outside the pad when it is used than plastic backed products. I didn't mind this since I don't mind urine odor and I didnt think it was noticeable to anyone but me. I also used them with a reusable velcro cloth diaper shell. They work really well in that application, as you can wear the cloth diaper shell all day and just change the pad. This reduces laundry. Overall, these were very comfortable to wear, absorbent and can be used inside snug fitting underwear, lycra panties designed for incontinence pads and as part of a cloth diaper hybrid system. This gives you alot of options to find a system that works best for you.

Yes, these pads are huge, but for that I am thankful. When I have fecal incontinence issues, it is usually during the night in bed. I never know which way the explosion will go so the size has been perfect. I have had some massive blow outs but it was all contained. Yes, that makes them a little challenging to get off but a little practice is all it takes. Once you find the right position for your body and wear a good pair of underwear, they really aren’t that uncomfortable. It sure beats worrying that I will mess up the bed and the floor all the way to the shower. If you truly have issues, these are what you need.
