Works great 👍 pulling -20hg according to this vacuum gauge. Holds it to. Not trying to run it constantly so I'm not sure how well it'll hold up but from what im seeing, it's worth the price.

This is a very nice pump and looks very well constructed.It is a little noisy, but that is not a problem for me.The motor looks and feels solid, not flimsy at all.Life cycle to be determined, maybe others already can answer that.

Of course, the true quality and durability will not be known for many months, but after a week, I'm very impressed with it. It seems solid, and is quite heavy for its size. Plastic parts seem robust. I get 22" Hg suction, which is which is about all you can get from a diaphragm pump, but the pressure is 40 PSI, which is impressive. Also impressive is the ability to hold the vacuum and pressure with no leak-down. I intend to put a speed controller on it to run it gently, and a glass bottle with 2-hole stopper so I can vacuum up liquids without getting it into the pump. I don't see many screws, so I hope it comes apart easily to clean the flapper valve should it start leaking. 4.5 stars, recommended!

works great. I didn't need this much capability and an running it at reduced voltage and it does a great job. Quieter too. Build to substitute for a $300 vacuum pump. VERY good at lower voltage and quiet too. Not recommending anything other than the manufacturer for anyone else.

Used it to replace a failed unit in an alcohol distiller. I am able to achieve desired vacuum and maintain vacuum very well.

At this point I can only rate two stars. The pump functions fine and the pressure and vacuum appears in spec. The issue I am having is that the brushes are causing internal sparks inside the motor housing. This can be caused by worm or damaged brushes but this was the first time running it. I have emailed the seller so I will update review based on any information they provide. Other then this it seems to be of good quality and performance, this may just have had some damage to the brushes.

This product is advertised as being able to deliver 250 Kpa (36 psi). However, only 178 Kpa (26 psi) was achieved. I contacted the manufacturer but have received no response after 2 days.
