Info is awesome! But...
The information.. despite the era in which it was published.. is awesome! And it's timeless information. However, when converted digitally, it did not come out in a manageable format. Seems that pages, paragraphs and even chapters are all muddled together that runs on and on...Serious issue for me. I wish it could be remedied. Who knows? Might be my reading tools, but the other books read much more easily.

Conservation , Food , DIY, Mystery
1913 . I love history. I love cook books. Conservation was important to our ancestors and should be important to us and our children. Good illustrations. Typos are the mystery part. Bet we can figure it out but would be nice for publisher to fix it.

I love this book
Wisdom from another age. This book gives very helpful guidance for those who want to use retained heat cooking / or keeping things cold using the same process. This book should give a parent some fun projects to do with the kids. This book should be in every Preppers library. For those with a severely limited income this book will help keep the utility bills down.

Money wisely spent.
This is an informative book that gives you instruction on how to make your own fireless cooker. It has many recipes and instructions how to use them in a fireless cooker. If you are new to fireless cooking, as I am, I think this book is a valuable cooking tool, and the money I paid was well-spent.

Full of great ideas and recipes for DIYers
I love this book and am very happy I have it in my library for reference. Reading through this book provided me with lots of ideas for doing it myself.

Delightful bit of cookbook history, and moderately useful for actual haybox/insulation/thermal cooking
I do a fair bit of insulation cooking using a home-made insulation kit on my pressure cooker. This book is fun to flip through for the historical perspective, and here and there I see recipes that I'm willing to try on my modern taste buds.
