The pentalobe screwdriver worked well. But a paper towel has more suction than this suction cup, it is totally useless. It is warped like someone left it in a hot car. And one of the blue plastic tools is broken, and the broken piece is not in the bag. So either they sent me a returned/used set and didn't check it, or the quality control is equally as bad for packaging new sets. And there are only 9 pieces. Unless they are counting the bag and the ring on the suction cup. Then that could be 11. No idea where they are getting 12.

Worked very well to replace dying battery in IPhone 4s,Kit worked to remove very small screws and split cover.Easy diy using magnifying light and some patience.

Looks very good, and seems like a very good set of tools. Compared to the cheap set I had first. If I ever need more for some other phones out there will look fo this brand again. Worth every bit of the price, thought would cost more. But thanks love the price too.

all the metal tools work great but the 3 tools used to pry the screen up didn't last through 2 uses. still got the job done though

Only order these because I thought they came in different colors would be easy to know the different sizes but they came in all the same color.
