4 yo son loves this. It's held up well.

My 3 year old wanted to go as the sparkley Flash for Halloween, so we glittered the costume and he looked great. True to size, great quality and we had a very happy toddler.

Overall, this is a decently made item, looks like the picture, seems relatively sturdy. But the belt is short and the headpiece wings ARE ON THE WRONG SIDE. Sure, it's not that difficult to remove and restitch, but they're correct in the photo. Pay more attention to the details.
