I recently purchased this Air Portable WiFi Hotspot 5G and I'm very satisfied with the experience. It's especially suitable for people like me who often travel abroad. Advantages • No SIM card required. This is my favorite feature. It's ready to use right out of the box. Eliminating the hassle of purchasing a local SIM card. • It supports many countries. Whether in Europe, Asia, or North America, it can connect to the network almost everywhere. I have tested it in France and Singapore, and the signal is stable. • It comes with 1GB of global data. It's convenient for trial use. The connection and setup are very simple, and you can get online within a few minutes. • 5G and dual-band WiFi. The network speed is fast, allowing for smooth web browsing, navigation, and video conferencing without lag. • 5400mAh battery. The battery life is strong, and it can be used continuously for a whole day without any issues. It can also be used to charge your phone in emergencies. Disadvantages • The data plan price is slightly higher than that of local supplier but it is completely worth it for short-term travelers or those who frequently switch countries. • The device is a bit thick. Considering the battery capacity, it is acceptable. Summary If you frequently travel on business or for pleasure, or don't want to hassle with changing SIM cards in different countries, this mobile WiFi is well worth the investment. It's convenient, stable, and truly "plug and play". It's an indispensable little tool in my travel bag!

It's been an absolute lifesaver! Setting it up was straightforward since I'm always out and about, though I reckon the instructions could be more user-friendly for those who aren't quite as comfortable with technology. When I first opened the package and had a proper look, I was a bit surprised by its size - rather larger than I'd expected. That said, I've got to give credit where it's due; the included battery has been brilliant for those longer trips. The connectivity speed is fantastic, and I've had no trouble at all connecting my laptop, tablet and mobile simultaneously. Just the other day, whilst wandering around London on a work trip, the 5G network coverage was consistently reliable. I only had one small niggle when I noticed the password was visible on the display, but I quickly sorted that by setting up a PIN lock. What I particularly love is being able to use my own SIM card. After doing the maths, I realised it works out much cheaper than their subscription plans! It would be lovely if it could boost my home Wi-Fi signal too, but you can't have everything, can you? Despite that small gripe, it's proven to be an essential gadget that keeps me connected wherever I roam.

I bought this for travelling. It was easy to set up but the instructions were a little confusing. My first impressions are that it is well made but bigger than it looks in the pictures. But I understand the bulk is necessary for a big enough battery to give you long use. I haven't had it long enough to test the endurance but seeing as it's quite chunky I'd assume it's decent. Popped the data sim in and it was up and running fine. I changed the default password for the hotspot but after carefully selecting a long random password I was disappointed to see that the home screen displays it in plain text for anyone to see! This is a terrible oversight for security. And it's obviously not intentional as when you go to the change password section it masks the password as you would expect. But the workaround is enabling a lock screen that requires a PIN to get past. Just remember to lock the device if you leave it lying around.

Misleading product details and contradictory information from the troubleshooting AI assistant. Basically, you HAVE to buy a data roaming plan to set up an account, despite claiming otherwise in their advert here and by the AI assistant. Obscenely expensive; 100 per cent misleading advertising. Avoid at all costs

I’ve been using this wifi hotspot for a few weeks now during travel across Europe and parts of Asia, and it’s been surprisingly reliable and straightforward. The setup process was simple — there was no need to insert a SIM card or deal with any contracts. I just connected to the hotspot, downloaded the companion app, and selected a data plan that suited my needs. What I also like is that you are not locked into using the data plans that they provide. I actually had a look about and used a UK SIM pre-loaded with data that worked out cheaper than their own plans, which was great! Connection speeds have generally been excellent. While I haven’t consistently hit the top advertised 5G speeds, it has been fast enough for video calls, streaming, and even some light online gaming without much lag. The ability to switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands is a nice touch, especially when dealing with devices that prefer one over the other. The real standout feature for me is the portability. It’s slim and light enough to carry in a pocket or backpack without noticing it’s there, and the battery life has lasted through full-day outings without needing a recharge. I also found the reverse charging feature useful in a pinch when my phone battery was running low. Overall, this wifi hotspot has been a dependable travel companion. It’s a great solution if you want reliable internet access without dealing with local SIM cards or unpredictable roaming charges.
