Lots of colours provided. Only a very small amount is needed so although each sachet looks very small, they will actually last quite a while by just using what is needed each time. Great results on the white cotton tshirt and shorts that we used.

I used these colours as a refill for my tie dying kit. I have bought this pack before and got the same again because it has a nice selection of colours that work well and leave a great result. It has everything from the brighter colours to army greens and browns and is suitable for most projects. I recommend leaving the colours on the fabric for at least 24 hours for the best result and hand washing in warm water at least twice before machine washing. This way you will have a brilliant design without the embarrassment of explaining why someone’s clothing has turned strange colours. I enclosed a pic where I enthusiastically washed the fabric a bit too soon and washed out some of the colour. I still love it though 😁

If your interested in this product read the ad, I didn't. All you get is a very small box containing coloured inks. This was supposed to be a present for a little girl. No instructions on how to use and a small warning that it contains chemicals that can be harmful on the back of the packet. Certainly not worth the price paid.

My daughter was given a tie dye kit that was very disappointing as the colours just washed right out on the first wash. I got this kit to refill the bottles and try and rescue their faded t-shirts. I was a bit worried when we were rinsing them but after washing the colour stayed lovely and bright. I'm not sure how it will hold up to repeated washing but so much better than the last kit. Great fun for the kids, they now have some lovely t-shirts to wear.

I only needed the dyes as I already have suitable squeezy bottles from another manufacturer. As a habitual crafter, I have plenty of gloves and old dust/paint cloths. I was very pleased to find someone must selling the dye sachets. The box stated to follow the instructions inc,uded. There were none. But it appears that the sachets are the same size as those that come with a full kit, so I used 50ml water. If you’re buying these rather than a better known brand, check the amount of dye you will need. I expected to use 7-8 sachets to ombre dye a knee-length, thin cotton dress. I ended up using 13 sachets. 50ml dye solution does not go far. However, for the price, and for the project I was planning, I wanted lots of different shades of reds and purples. That’s what I got. Blues and greens are under-represented. I will be using a dye fixative after the colours are cured and rinsed. I’m not sure of the quality of the pigment and its staying power.

I was pleased with the first lot I used so re ordered
