I bought this for my 6 year old to use on our road trips this summer and I'm really impressed with the design and construction. I've only used it for the weekend (just got it) but so far its great! The large zipped pocket has plenty of room for coloring books, crayons, art supplies and comics and the strap makes it super easy to carry like a messenger bag when we are out of the car and into a restaurant, park, etc. The lip around the tray is great for keeping crayons and small pieces to travel games from rolling off but they are soft enough that it doesn't hurt my kid's arms when they rest on them. I think what I like best is that it's made of a rip-stop type nylon material so its washable and wipe-able and the mesh pockets also detach for washing. This is CRUCIAL as my kid is a messy snacker. Looking forward to many road trips!

Being the father of 4 kids I know the value of keeping them entertained on the road and on trips. This travel tray is a life saver and my kids love using it in the car. The quality seems very good for the price and the stitching is nice and strong. I really like the extra zipper pocket on the bottom and the messenger strap so my daughter can store stuff in it and carry it easily herself without a lot of help. I've seen a few reviews saying that it's hard to put together but I had it figured out pretty quickly and overall with some common sense it went together really easy....the biggest thing is getting the foam support board in the right pocket which I posted a photo of for reference for anyone who can't figure it out. All in all it's a good overall quality product and under $20 so you don't have to break the bank which is always nice for kids stuff. I'll definitely be buying another one in the future for my son when he's old enough to need one.

10 he. Road trip w 5 yr. We my girl proved this unstable for all the "things" I purchased to keep her occupied.The cup holder is only 3" if that deep, would not stabilize any beverage, even with lid. Light, thin vinyl (?) Top insert slipping out, No this was not a decent one. I did like the many extra pockets for crayons etc. But I returned it, and will keep looking. The easily foldable design is nice also.

bought this for my 3yo to use on a road trip. removed the side pockets because she couldn't really use them with her car seat. she doesn't use the waist strap either because she likes to get it out and use it for awhile and then store it next to her car seat - but otherwise, the design is really good. easy to use, easy to wipe clean, very sturdy without being too hard/rigid or uncomfortable. fit perfectly in my daughter's car seat. like that it has a cup holder. my 3 yo used it on the first road trip for puzzles and coloring and now I leave it in the car and she uses it all the time. i even brought it in the house for her to use as a tray table when she was sick. works great.

I was shocked to see how flimsy this product was! I bought it for a trip because I wanted a place for my 3 year old to eat, draw, play with her tablet, etc., but this couldn’t hold up anything if it could. There’s a huge piece of styrofoam that’s underneath the black top which is removable and idk if that was just for the shipping to hold its shape or if I was actually supposed to use it with it. Either way it doesn’t help because as soon as you place it on your legs it’s super flimsy, and unstable. You would think the black top would be attached and the the bottom be a lot more sturdier to do what it’s meant to do... Hold Stuff! But no. Unfortunately, I will be returning. Do not waste your money! I would give less stars if I could.

We used this for my 6 year old on a road trip, and it was perfect! What we loved about it is it's portable (she carried it herself like a cross body purse), it fits nicely next to her car seat when not in use (so it fits in tight spaces), it has the lip to prevent markers from rolling off, and it has a nice sized pocket to fit 4-5 coloring books. When it arrived the foam and hard plastic were sitting on top, and I was confused as to what to do with it. I had to read a review to realize that they fit into the first zippered pocket. I'm not sure why it wasn't shipped "assembled", but oh well. Glad to have this product, and will use it many more times.

The side pockets detach too easily. The plastic surface is not attached at all so it slides around. It did the job - kept my kid coloring during a road trip, but it was bulky, not easy to store, and just feels flimsy. Not worth the value, sadly - I really wanted to like it!

This is absolutely perfect for little ones in the car. Especially going on trips and such. You have everything literally at your fingertips. I really love the pockets on the side. They help to hold extra toys for my son. He likes to throw things down at times and having the extra toys available has been a lifesaver. I really like the fact that the tray has the lip around it so things don’t seem to fall off easy. I would definitely recommend this product to others, especially those with children. Even my older kids like it to use to write on in the car. Definitely would purchase again!
