Excellent heater ..Completely silent. Warms up room fast. These now come with the stand offs, that work great. This is keeping a 150 sq ft. corner (2 outside walls) room warm in cold NW WI... Warms up fast ,does not need to be on a lot.

Product defect in original box.
Product was banged in the warehouse, parts were crooked. Second time with Dimplex product. Will never buy again.

If you are tight on space and don’t mind the high temps or the offset look then you may like these heaters
I installed two of these Dimplex electric heaters. They work well, look decent and are quiet. But I didn’t realize just how hot they get. The front panel gets 170F degrees plus and the very top can reach over 200F degrees. I installed the offset kit that comes with it to keep the wall temperature lower but the wall can still reach 130F. If you have children that could touch these heaters then I would buy something else. If you are tight on space and don’t mind the high temps or the offset look then you may like these heaters.

DO NOT EVER INSTALL THIS PRODUCT. IT IS DEFECTIVE AND UNSAFE.
This product almost burned my house down!! Installed this system and had it for less than a year. About 2 weeks ago my tenant smelled smoke and something burning. The heater was burning up from a manufacture's flaw. The breaker didn't trip and as you can see we clearly had ignition from the inside of the unit burning. DO NOT EVER INSTALL THIS PRODUCT. IT IS DEFECTIVE AND UNSAFE.
