I LOVE Hoover , the suction power , the quality and the affordability of their products are amazing. I have THICK carpet and a cat. I bought the previous model of this vacuum and it lasted over 5 years before I gave it away thinking I could buy something better. While owning it I did have an issue with the vacuum but since it was under warranty , Hoover honored the warranty and I was able to send me a new vacuum days later. Hoovers customer service team is always kind and helpful. I have tried the shark lift away vacuum on my carpet and after it still felt and looked dirty, plus the suction wasn’t very powerful. I then bought a Hoover wind tunnel vacuum with lots of reviews. It felt cheap, the suction power was okay, and it had cord rewind but that was instead of a filter which wasn’t a fair trade in my opinion. And then I saw this model which was a newer version of my 5 year vacuum. I was skeptical because of the reviews but I’m glad I tried it. It is lightweight but not cheap. It’s very easy to use and functional with the swivel base. The suction power is amazing, plus it comes with a lot of attachments which is nice. I did a small area of my carpet and attached photos to show just how much it was able to pick up. For reference I hadn’t vacuumed in a week and before that I had used the shark and other Hoover vacuum.

Day 1 and I love this vacuum cleaner. Pros: Strong suction, lightweight, self propelled, flexible cord. Cons: Cord could be longer. That's it. It's a great vacuum for the money. Works as well as my former Dyson Animal and easier to maneuver.

Loved this vacuum but only lasted 10 months ☹️

WOW! This vacuum lifts embedded dirt, allergens, effectively in one pass. It was definitely worth the buy.

Within less than a year, have had to replace the belt 5 times, and most of the time I've owned it, it's been sitting due to not being able to use it. The belt mechanics has a malfunction or something and the last two belts have ripped within seconds of it being turned on. Further, when i have been able to use it, while operating the hose attachment, the belt continues to spin on the floor. Which has caused it to eat through its power cord more than once when it's accidently rolled too close while I was using the hose. Suction is great and swivel is good when it works. But the amount of times I've had to take it apart to replace belts, unclog the filter/hoses, and tape the power cord...it's not worth the hassle. Can get a better product for the same price. Unfortunately i think I'm just outside the warranty window. If i knew the problems would reoccur so much, i would have sent for a replacement after the first belt broke in the 2d month.

Great suction and function, but belts tend to snap easily. Have now had this vacuum for a year and have had to replace the belt 4 times. Bought Hoover belts and off brand, but something about the vacuum causes wear and tear. At least it is very straightforward to replace the belt (the bottom unscrews).

Well, our vacuum went belly up and having just completed a renovation, vacuuming was a must prior to cleaning the carpet. Purchased this and woweee...the suction is phenomenal! Makes me wonder what our old vacuum was even doing...lol The old one was vacuuming some but it definitely does not compare to this one. When I vacuum it doesn't take long for my back to hurt, so my husband usually vacuums. But to his surprise and joy, I did not experience any back pain while vacuuming. lol This vacuum is lightweight, maneuverable and gets the job done! Hoover has a great reputation and I do see why. Would definitely purchase this product again.

Powerful as Superman Attachment sucks hard to reach and furniture great brush My first usage on through rugs filled the entire container within 5 minutes of use. I was dumping continuously see pictures. For the price $200.00 and a three month plan worth the money. Delivery via Toronto getting 30 cm of snow one day earlier. Great job Amazon!
