Good Gut Tribe - Organic Water Kefir Grains (40g)

These grains work really well. They were small & a bit mushy when they arrived, but I reactivated them as per the instructions they came back to life with no problems and are growing well (up to 50 g after 2 fermentations). I add a dried fig as well as sugar to help with fermentation & a slice of lemon to inhibit unwanted fungi. I’m very pleased & will buy these again if my culture gets contaminated.

Absolute rubbish grains. Completely failed to make kefir. I resorted to my old grains which were fine. I would never buy grains from this place. Hopeless.

I am making increasing quantities of water kefir. So much more effective than shop bought probiotic products, and so much cheaper, as the grains just keep growing. A great investment in my gut health.

Not a fan of the packaging, grains were minute. Have used them 5-6 times since they arrived, can't see much difference. Why are they in a pouch which gets squashed. I will try another couple of times, please advise where to go next.

I did everything the instructions said but no good results so I wasted my money, do not buy it because the good bacteria does not get alive, I am too disappointed about it.

Not sure if bad luck or poor grains, but they never activated.
