Vitovill makes a great retractable hose. So glad we ordered theirs.For any with water flow problems. try this DIY quick fix on this hose: Both hoses we ordered were too stiff at the brass coupling to turn the valve allowing water flow. It arrived in a default off position, blocking the water. No amount of force would rotate the small valve, and we didn't want to break a new hose. It was as we guessed: the valve was tight, stuck from months of storage in warehouses and shipping, maybe never lubricated so the metal expanded and never contracted back. Use a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the small screw on the black plastic handle (*turn knob), and then use the screwdriver to turn (loosen) the metal valve screw with a quarter turn. Reattach the valve handle, tighten the screw just enough, and the valve will work. Add a squirt of WD-40 or oil if it was dried and resistant. Voilá--you have a great hose!One other tip: read the simple manual with suggestions like "never drag the hose over rough surfaces!" (It has a fabric cover, not vinyl, which allows it to retract for easy storage. But it needs a little TLC to last.) We have other older brands of retractable hoses, but Vitovill is superior.

My hubby loves this hose, and has asked me to order one for our front spigot in 100 feet. I sure hope you have it in 10p ft for the same great price!

I love my new garden hose. Two days later I ordered another on. I put it in a big empty flower pot to store it after it is empty. On more hose tangle on the ground.

The first unit sent was defective. They replaced it without me needing to send the old one back. So customer service was excellent. The product to date has been the best expandable hose I have used.

The hose worked nicely until it recently developed a leak. This happened just after 12 months of use. It's only been used lightly for washing the cars and surf gear. There was no dangling in bushes or branches. The exterior covering where the leak is occurring is undamaged so the hole must have developed in the rubber hose on the inside.Wonder if the warranty will still be honored?

The hose does not seem like 50' when stretched out, very weak water pressure as compared to my regular hose. I would not recommend this one for wall or driveway washing!!.

The quality of this product is obvious.
