This product works and the smell is not overwhelming. I felt comfortable enough to use before work and before a salon appointment. It is easy to use and starts working immediately.The cooling sensation will numb the pain enough to keep you moving and help you move on with your day without thinking about it!The only reason I rated a 4 vs. 5 star is because it is a wet spray that will drip a bit so I recommend waiting a tick before clothing touches it directly. Totally worth it and more convenient than a lotion, gel or patch.

If you use this type of product, you've probably used Biofreeze. It's menthol based and does what it is supposed to do. The reason I'm writing this review is because of its defining feature, it works upside down. You'd be surprised how difficult it is to find a quality product that does this.I don't always have someone at home to apply product to my back and this majorly helps. Sprays easily and consistently, which is also nice.Definitely recommend for people that need to self apply product in hard to reach places.

I love this spray. It does help with the soreness in my back. Perfect size, very effective.
