I was recently diagnosed with iron deficiency without anemia, and need to supplement extra for at least 6 months. This is affordable, and carbonyl iron has high bioavailability, so I decided to try it. I take it on an empty stomach with an additional 1000mg Vitamin C, and when taking one or two tablets, I have no stomach or digestive issues at all. Some of the other iron formulations have given me bad stomach cramps so I have stopped them, and using Remediate is a relief because it doesn't bother my stomach and I can get my deficiency corrected.

My Doctor recommended these vs Ferrous Sulfide prescribed iron to be gentler on the stomach and help reduce acid reflux. Well worth the switch for me.

I am enemic and trying to find iron pills that don't upset my stomach. And these iron pills are the best, I can take it without eating something and doesn't upset my stomach!

This product is great for being iron deficient. The taste is a little sour for my liking but swallows easily.

I am very happy with this iron. My doctor at Kaiser suggesting me to take extra iron since my blood result showing a bit under the norm. This is not my first bottle. I purchased a famous brand in the mall and the pill are huge, this brand is better, pill size is very friendly. I can take two at the same time. It is also gluten free since I am sensitive to gluten. This does not upset my stomach so I take it in the morning so I can absorb most iron in. The bottle itself is small as well. I appreciate smaller packaging so we can protect our planet more.

Really nothing special I took it and didn't really feel any different but value for money
