This is an absolutely beautiful clock, looks even better in person. Happily surprised by the high quality. I needed it for a very narrow wall space that measures 10" wide and this is the perfect fit, very hard to find such a nice clock with the dimensions I needed. I have it in my living room where I also have various accessories (wall hangings, picture frames) with wrought iron detail and this clock fits right in with the decor. Just let me tell you the clock is very quiet, if fact I don't think it even makes a noise at all. I don't hear ticking or the pendulum swinging at all, which is especially nice if it is going into a room where even a slight noise would be a bother.

Even though the description included all the right dimensions, this clock was a bit daintier than I expected. The clock face appears smaller than pictured, for some reason. The light background still makes it easy to read. I had a tricky time getting the batteries snug enough to keep the pendulum working, but eventually found success. As a whole effect, the accent on the top is diminished, compared to the design of the lower portion. Maybe it just appears a little out of proportion (bottom heavy, as is the nature of a pendulum)? The clock is quiet and I am still glad I chose it !

Love the 1st clock. Works great. However bought extras for gifts and they were missing the swinging thing. Not happy. Returning. Keeping the one that works. Check the boxes ASAP to make sure everything is there and working. In my case I had missing pieces. So returning the extras I bought as gifts since missing pieces.

This is a good looking clock it replaced a Bombay wall clock that I had that died on me. Even when I replaced the batteries. The sad thing was that the new clock, the size of the face it was a little to small and a compartment that housed the electronics and wires was broken. I tried to screw it back down but, no success. I returned the clock for a full refund.

I really enjoy this clock - we had this in our house 12 years ago & lost it in a fire - sad to say - I forgot who designed the clock ... Then I was looking to find another wall clock & saw this one ! I was very pleased to find it again....its the style I like - the size and the color is perfect for my decore....its so easy to put together hardly any thing to assemble...run on 2 AA batteries always kept perfact time before - that's why I ordered it again.....I give it a 9.8
