Very nice to have for my Brush cutter.
Bought it to clear brambles and and other small tree shoots. It works very well for cutting anything up to about an inch and a half max. You could make a 2 inch cut with a couple of passes but its not really designed for it and its kinda hard on the blade. It works much better if you whack/hit the brush rather then just hold the blade up to it. I got pretty discouraged at first when I saw the chipped teeth after only a few hours of use but this blade still cuts well even with chipped teeth. Mine has a handfull of teeth that chipped and it still works well. Im a pro landscaper and if this blade can last me 10 hours or so its well worth it. Much faster and more comfortable than bending over with my chainsaw or loppers to cut a buncha twigs.

It's an animal
Talk about an animal. I cleared my land from overgrown forest to a wooded park. Initially everything was cut with a chainsaw to clear. As I am now ready to mow, those 1" shrub stumps and 2" tree stumps will take out my lawn mower. This is quickly cutting them allot closer to flush to the ground without damaging my cutter. You do have to be careful not to get careless. You know not to get too aggressive with the blunt brush head that came with your cutter, as this cuts through brush with so much more ease it is easy to get a bit to confident and aggressive and forget to nibble at larger brush. If used correctly, this is likely allot less damaging to your machine, if used incorrectly it could be more harmful. There are chainsaw blade attachments you can buy. I'm not certain if they would work any better. I have enough experience to have a brand new chain break at a link and have the entire chain come whipping off at me. Grinders and brush cutters are not chainsaws and the guards on them are not designed to protect. I love my chainsaws, I will not put a chain on anything other than a chainsaw. I made that mistake once.

Great Value
Nobody else makes blades as good as Renegade and especially not at this price point. I've been using Renegade Blades for 3+ years. I prefer the Multi-Use blades because they are ready for anything. Of course, they have blades that work a little better on brush and grass but with the Multi-Use, I can cut grass, brush and small trees. I use a Stihl FS250R with both the 8" and 10" blades. When mostly trees or limbs, I run the 8" so I can keep rpm up while is solid wood. The 10" clears larger areas faster and still cuts trees up to 3" quite well.Side note... Regardless of the blade you use, pay attention to which direction the tree is leaning. Cut in from the back side to prevent the tree from pinching the blade.

This blade is a beast...
I've been clearing out about 1/4 acre of heavy brush at the back of my lot. I have this on an echo PAS-225 with brush blade attachment. This blade will get after it! I've cut things that shouldn't be cut with this blade. Of course the blade can and will go dull. But for the amount of work I've been getting out of it it's well worth the money. It was either man up and do it with this blade or hire a contractor with a front end mulcher for $750.00 for 4 hrs work. I like to yard piddle so this worked out fine for me.

The steel blade was useless - went dull faster than you could sharpen it
I've tried several different blades for my brushcutter, including steel blades you can sharpen, and at least three different Renegade Blades. The steel blade was useless - went dull faster than you could sharpen it. The Renegade Blades are excellent, and while they will also eventually go dull, they last a lot longer than anything else I've tried - just make sure to avoid rocks. As for the number of teeth, the higher teeth blades work great on small brush, but are no good for larger saplings or limbs. The fewer teeth blades work great on saplings and limbs, but can get tangled on smaller brush. The combo blade seems to work best overall.

Like a kid with a toy!
I used this to replace the useless blade on my Ryobi brushcutter. The only issue with the replacement was remembering to go clockwise to remove the nut holding the old blade (which wasn't really a blade) I didn't need the adapter that came with the blade or anything extra. The nut and the washer that was on the old one works perfectly. This brush cutter attachment is for the RYobi 40v string trimmer but i power it using the Poulan Pro 25cc motor used for their pole saw. The whole thing works like a charm and the blades are awesome. Have used to clear some stubborn brushes around my home and there is still a lot more to do clear with it. Might not be best for anything thicker than 1.5 inches unless you have a more powerful motor.

Very good blade for small brushes and branches
Good blade for 1/2 to 1 inch wood branches. You could go a bit bigger if your engine is powefull enough but blade get heat-up and could get stuck inside a half cut. Choice the other renegade blades with less teeth for bigger or thicker bushes, even small trees.Don't touch any stone, pavement or asphalte while turning or you will easily lose the top of the teeth (the harder part of it) and indeed, you will damage the whoile sharpness of the blade.

Cutting tips not secure?
It lost about 8 teeth on first use. It worked well for cutting a bush off (a few inches above the soil). The green limbs were about 0.3 to 0.6 inches in diameter. The teeth (cutting tips actually) may have fell out when one limb was cut and the saw passed into the next limb suddenly.Used on the Remington RM2700 27cc 2-cycle. Maybe it's too powerful for his blade?

Best blade I have tried
My 26cc 10 years old Echo run like a new one. This blade works very well and at a very good price. I recommend it to everyone. I have cut hundreds of small trees up to 3 inch.

Reducer does not fit a 20mm arbor.
Would like to talk about how it cuts, but the reducer does not fit a 20mm arbor. I measured the inside diameter of the reducer, and it averages 19.6mm with vernier calipers. Now I have to go buy a reducer that will work.
