Edit!I originally gave this product 3 stars but after posting my review I was contacted by the seller and offered a full refund since it burned me, which I accepted, but after that the seller was quite patronizing and never gave me the refund they offered. After my experience with their customer service I don’t think this is a product I would recommend and I won’t be purchasing from them again.OriginalOverall I think this is a good product- it’s easy to use, isn’t messy, and the serum it comes with to remove wax is great. This product does have a couple drawbacks though- it can get way too hot and burn your hands from holding it, it didn’t work on my bikini area at all, and it mildly burned my armpit. I just use this product on my legs and that works great if you have a hot tool glove I would probably use that while handling it. Definitely prefer over shaving. The instructions aren’t super clear either so just as a tip remove the cap off of the individual wax things before use

Love it! Used it a couple times and it’s pretty easy to use, love that it comes with 2 refills. I’ve always struggled with strawberry legs everytime I shave regardless of what I do or what order I do it in. I’ve tried hard waxing my legs before to and it’s to painful. This method was by far easier, less painful, and my hair wasn’t growing back the day after! 🤗 Kinda mad I didn’t buy it sooner.

The learning curve wasn’t the problem. I mean this is going to save you a lot especially if you’re waxing “everywhere “ yourself.In short I’d buy it again tbh.It’s cheap.I got the hang of it pretty quickly.Yes you have to wait like 15- 20 mins depending on how cold it is/ season. But once its heated I found it toApply smoothly,Stay liquid a whileThe problem for me is the wax removal after, at some point in getting to my underarm I either applied the wrong way or should have heated it again. But then trying to get the wax off was a nightmare. The cleaning spray worked well some of the time but not all. Hot water and soap didn’t do much…. And I put in work trying to get this off, even the little that was on my legs left over. I’m not sure if it was just my batch? Because I saw a review ( i think) saying they loved how easy it was to remove and it was water soluble.That said, like I said I’d buy it again lol Ikr. But seriously I mean you can’t expect perfection for 10 bucks.

The first package I received, the wax was melted already and leaked all over everything in the box. I decided to get a replacement instead of a refund because I had hope, and the second package arrived fine. The biggest problem with this product is that the wax never fully dries. I tried the rose wax on my armpits and the honey wax on my legs, after not shaving either for over a week. The rose wax was super sticky and maybe only pulled out 10% of the hair I applied it to. It left me with a sticky mess. The honey wax was a bit better but still only pulled out maybe 60% of the hair. I basically still had to shave over the area after using this. Both wax’s also left my skin irritated for over 24hrs. The picture attached is 30mins after I used the honey wax, there is still a lot of hair that wasn’t removed as well as some skin irritation. Overall I wouldn’t buy this again.
