2nd one that broke in the same place. Right where the Cable connects to the top of the tester. Asked for replacement or repair information and no response after several days. Works great while it lasted.Recommendation :DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

i BOUGHT THIS UNIT TO HELP ME WITH MY CCTV INSTALLATIONS. i LIVE IN SIERRA LEONE, WEST AFRICA. GUESS WHAT WHEN I OPENED IT UP IT LIT UP AND IT WOULD SWITCH BETWEEN PAL AND NTSC. NOW IT ONLY SHOWS PAL. IT WILL NOT SWITCH TO NTSC. IT IS ROTTEN AND I CANT GET TECH SUPPORT. WHAT CAN I DO NOW TO GET A REPLACEMENT?
