Excellent router for heavy traffic
We have this in front of our servers. It works very nicely. RouterOS is a very sophisticated piece of software, so expect to spend some time figuring out how to configure it. With Winbox software, configuration can be done with the GUI. We use it also as a VPN server with WireGuard and SSTP. Performs well. If you cannot afford CISCO, get a MikroTik is tha mantra I used to hear. I say, why get a CISCO while you can have more functionality for a fraction of the price in MikroTik. Well worth it.

In an environment with 40 to 50 PCs, The performance was much better than I expected. Rather, it was a very relaxed performance.

Impressive performance for a budget friendly router
Why use Cisco when you can use one of these for the fraction of the cost. If you can work your way thought the Mikrotik CLI or Winbox, this is an impressive router for the money.

Ich habe dieses Gerät als Zentrale für mein 10Gbit-Netzwerk und zur Erstellung von VLANs in meiner Netzwerkumgebung gekauft. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung. Die Lieferung war schnell, und das Gerät ist dank des aktuellen RouterOS äußerst flexibel und stabil im Betrieb. Es bietet genau die Möglichkeiten, die ich für meine Netzwerkkonfiguration benötige. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der Sicherungsbügel für den Netzstecker passt nicht optimal und musste etwas nachgearbeitet werden. Dennoch tut das der Funktionalität keinen Abbruch. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Produkt für alle, die auf der Suche nach einer leistungsfähigen und anpassungsfähigen Netzwerkzentrale sind!
